Sigma's PC 25.10 makes it easy to reach your fitness goals. To help you track your progress, the training log lets you view cumulative weekly and monthly values for workouts up to 12 months ago! You can also view that day's training numbers. An audible alarm sounds if you go above or below a programmable heart rate zone, and it keeps track of total calories burned in an exercise session. And, your current heart rate can be shown as a percentage of your maximum so you can determine if your pace is adequate.
