The Snowscape 7 is perfect for someone just learning to ski or is tired of their old, heavy, slow skis and they want to upgrade to a more sporty ski. It is light and easy with generous glide. A super fun ski! The Snowscape 7 skis best in groomed tracks but you can take it off track to explore gentle terrain where the snow isn't too deep. Although it is not a metal edge ski, the Power Edge gives you extra bite when for cornering or snow plowing on hard packed surfaces. The Snowscape is a compact ski which means they are shorter in length than a traditional race ski. This makes them highly maneuverable. We like them so much that we use them for our rental ski in our shop.
The SNOWSCAPE 7 VITANE is a women's ski emphasizing maneuverability and stability on or off track, with 3D construction for consistent behavior. Ideal for sport and recreational skiers.
We like the improvements of the new Atomic Mover XCruise Posigrip ski. It's light, has a lively glide, and an effective grip. A great touring ski best for in-track and suitable for out-of-track when the snow is not very deep. The positively embossed base of the Posigrip 3D grip technology delivers a confident kick. The Mover XCruise 3D Profile adds forward energy and torsional stiffness for more support when turning or edging. It's a dynamic and fast touring all-rounder for active skiers. If you are wondering what size ski is best for you, give us a call - 802-387-5718 - or email us - firstname.lastname@example.org - and we can recommend the best ski size for your weight, ability, fitness level, and height. This is what Atomic has to say about their ski: "The lightweight Atomic Mover XCruise Posigrip is a top touring ski for leisure skiers. It’s capable of ensuring secure and stable climbing and gliding at all times, thanks to a broad sidecut on a shorter sized ski. Posigrip technology delivers a powerful kick in all situations. And thanks to the XCruise Profil 3D, power is converted directly into forward movement, making this lightweight ski a dynamic and fast touring all-rounder. For 2018 we’ve updated the series design to match our Sport and Redster range so it looks as good as it feels. For longer lengths (183, 193 cm) we also now offer a hard flex for heavier skiers."
The Fischer Spider 62 is one of our most popular metal edge waxless skis. It meets many of the Nordic needs of our customers because of it's versatility. Great for poking around in the back woods or in tracks at a touring center. It is surprisingly efficient and the compact length makes it highly maneuverable. The metal edges provides edge control for hard or icy snow conditions and the Offtrack Crown waxless pattern gives you great grip without giving up all the glide that makes cross country skiing so much fun! Bindings not included.
The Atomic Mover Skintec is a great waxless ski for cross-country touring skiers. Just get on and get going.
Many of our customers want to feel the sweet glide of a waxable ski but are not looking for a high-test race ski, or the price of a race ski. The Fischer Superlite Classic Wax Ski (needs kick wax applied under foot) is a little more forgiving with a wider side cut for stability, a softer flex needing less force to get kick, and a slightly shorter length for maneuverability. It's a great recreational waxable classic ski alternative that gives you unfettered glide and quiet. BINDINGS NOT INCLUDED.
The new Easy Forward construction and camber of the Superlight Crown EF is just an easy ski to ski. It's light and glides really well. Although it does NOT require a hard driving skier with precision classic technique, this ski is not our first choice for most first time Nordic skiers. But it is a great step forward from the wider, shorter introductory compact ski. We really like this ski...as well as many of our customers. We get a lot of great feedback on this ski! BINDINGS NOT INCLUDED.

Yes, the skins really work! And, they are quiet, too. The Fischer Twin Skin Superlite really excels in icy, hard packed, or glazed tracks. And, with our variable New England snow conditions, this is a great ski to have in your quiver. We are also surprised at how easy the EF (Efficient Forward) camber is to ski with easy kick and easy glide. BINDINGS NOT INCLUDED.
