Other highlight features include POC's patented breakaway helmet peak, which will break off the helmet in an accident, directing impact forces away from the head. The peak is adjustable so you can easily find the best position to protect your eyes from the sun, or from rain and mud splashes. Aramid bridges between the helmet liner and shell improve both structural stability and penetration protection, and Mips Air Node improves rotational impact protection. An eye garage in the front ventilation ports offers secure storage for sunglasses mid-ride, and a Fidlock® buckle makes it easy to secure the helmet with just one hand.
