Our Return Policy:

We want you to love your purchase! But returns cost us a lot of time and money. We are a small business (literally mom and pop - aka Diny and Jim) and work hard to avoid returns. If you have any questions before you purchase, justemailor call us at 802-387-5718.

But we will happily exchange items if you happen to get the wrong size, or turn out to hate the color. (Okay, not skis or bikes.) Let us know the problem and tell us what you'd like instead.

To return an item,emailus for an RA number, and let us know why you want to return it. Ship the item back to us in new condition in its original packing material so it arrives within 14 days of our ship date - just write the RA number on the package - and we will exchange it or, for nonsale items, refund your money in your original form of payment.

For returns, we reserve the right to deduct a 10% restocking fee.

IMPORTANT: Items on sale are considered "e;closeouts"e; and are not returnable! We will, however, exchange items if we can, or offer store credit minus our shipping costs.

If we have made a mistake, we will of course cheerfully pay postage both directions!

If you cancel an order soon after you make it, no problem. If the item is already packaged, weighed, labeled, and ready for shipping, we regret that we must charge a $10 handling fee to cover our costs. If the item has already shipped, we can't cancel the order - if it's not on sale, you may return it as listed above.
