We set rates as fairly as we can, usually just enough to break even. You may need to call or email us for rates to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii, and expedited rates. (We can't ship skis outside the U.S. or Canada because the cost is too high - over $200! Same for bikes.)

Adult Nordic Skis $23, Junior Nordic Skis $17, Telemark skis $35

Most other stuff, within lower 48 States (not skis, bikes, heavy tools)

 

Alaska and Hawaii customers: Your shipping on some items (particularly heavier ones) may be higher - we will email you with our actual shipping costs for approval before charging your card and shipping.

Free shipping when offered is within the United States only, sorry, and if you return items we have to deduct our shipping cost from your refund.

BIKE SHIPPING (lower 48): 
Our basic bike packing and shipping rate for our bikes is $55, but it may vary depending on the size of the bike and where it's going to.

Shipping Elsewhere:
We happily ship clothing and skis to Canada via USPS (just be aware that you must pay any customs fees, plus possible Canada Post fee). We do ship some items to other countries - if your country isn't listed, check our International Shipping Policy, give us a call or email us.

 

International Orders
Outside the U.S. and Canada

No bikes or skis.We cannot ship bicycles, skis, or excessively large or heavy items outside the US or Canada because of the exorbitant shipping costs.

Shipping.We have set flat rates for a few categories (such as clothing or shoes to Europe), but otherwise we calculate shipping rates (via US Postal) item by item - you can place your order and we'll email you with the charges for your approval, or email us and ask what the shipping rate would be.

Payment.You have two options, credit card or PayPal.
-PayPal is generally the fastest and easiest - it costs you nothing to use, and we simply wait until the funds reach our account. The PayPal account name and address, however, must match the name and address we are shipping to.
-For credit cards, we must have the name, address, and customer service phone number of the bank that issues your credit card, and the verification code from the back of the card. The name on the card must match the name we are shipping to. It can take several days for a credit card charge to be approved (for credit cards within the US or Canada, we can do it automatically.)

Customs or Duty.You are responsible for any customs or duty charges, and should check on this before placing your order. We will put the value of the item on the customs form, and will not indicate that it is a gift.

Signature Required.For all international orders, signature required upon delivery.
