Boot Fit is King.

After selling Nordic ski boots for over 40 years, our philosophy is: Whenever possible,
buy your boots before you buy your skis. Boot fit is so important! It will not only affect
your comfort and enjoyment, but also your performance.

The only way to really know which brand fits best is to try each of them on and compare. We recommend a nice thin wool sock, a supportive footbed (we use Superfeet), and enough time to really get to know the boot. A performance boot may feel “too snug” at first but in many cases you will find that the “too snug” feeling starts to feel more like a really good fit over time. Boots don’t typically “stretch” but there is some give or settling.
